The town around where most of our visits took place is a vibrant place with a lot to do even if you have no military interest. The architecture is superb considering the devastation visited upon the place only ninety years ago. We were in the town on many occasions, but took one day aside to look round it as fully as we could. It’s only small, and a walking tour is entirely possible with the route around the town walls a pleasant and seemingly popular way to pass the evening.
