Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka.
The Ohka was a Japanese kamikaze craft of the second world war. It would be carried beneath a bomber, released at a distance and glide towards its target. Upon sighting the target, the pilot would fire up the engines and propel himself and the craft into the target.
