Ploegsteert Memorial to the Missing

As in Tyne Cot and the Menin Gate, the names of missing men are recorded on great stone tablets that line the inner walls of the memorial. Over eleven thousand men are commemorated here and if you plan to visit, try to coincide with the last post ceremonies played at 7:00pm on the first Friday of every month. We only found out about it after arriving.
