Greater Manchester is not a phrase that passes my lips regularly. But to avoid clutter, the memorials of Manchester’s nearest neighbours can be seen by clicking on the relevant area on the map below. It’s a bit haphazard and entirely council related (sorry Middleton & Droylsden), but with there being so many nearby towns I thought a seperate portal, rather the the general Britain page was necessary.
