FC United were formed in 2005 as a direct result of the Glazer family taking over Manchester United. This wasn’t the sole reason, rather the catalyst for this radical course. Many people had stopped going to Old Trafford years before this due to a lack of atmosphere, a lack of money to attend or a combination of both. Many more stayed and persevered with the club we all hold dear to our hearts, but the predicted price increases (which were to come true) and the casual disregard for our clubs traditions led to the formation of the new fan owned club.

This section isn’t going to be a running commentary on the club, or a place for news, rather a source of statistics on the past seasons of the club. I couldn’t find them on the excellent official site so decided to place them here. The only page that will be updated regularly will (obviously) be the current season. Any new records will be amended as soon as I am aware of them.
