The Siegessäule

The size of the Tiergarten can be seen here. It runs the same length the other way. The road is Straße des 17. Juni, (17th of June Street) named after the day on which an uprising of East German workers against the government started. The Brandenburg Gate can be seen at the top of it, and once again the television tower is on the horizon.
