A band playing wartime tunes accompanied by a very loud choir. They are outside the building housing the Bayeux Tapestry, and were belting out 30s and 40s classics and big band jazz. The tapestry itself is not what I expected. The thin withered cords of my mind's eye were replaced with thick almost three dimensionalscenes.
